Arrival/Departure
- Check-In is from 2-6pm; Check-out by 10:30am Early/late check-in/out is possible by previous arrangement. Check-ins after 6pm will be by keysafe.
Pets
- Sorry, we do not accept dogs or pets of any kind. Bertie Brunswick is our delightful resident pooch. He is happy to be your best friend while you are here, if you choose!
Parking
- Parking is free on Brunswick Terrace, although there are some restrictions from 10am-6pm. Full details will be sent with your booking confirmation.
Accessibility
- Due to the nature of the building and the restrictions of Grade 2 Listed Status it is unsuitable for those with mobility issues. Large print breakfast menu and room info is available.
Sustainability
- We are constantly striving to reduce our use of plastic and reduce our carbon footprint. We use local ingredients at breakfast and all products from Dorset businesses as our first choice. Our luxury toiletries, which are in refillable containers are paraben and mineral oil free and never tested on animals. We use non-toxic plant-based cleaning products.

Cancellation Policy
Direct Bookings
– Credit card details, or one nights deposit will be taken to secure your booking.
– Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to arrival will not be charged.
– If you cancel within 14 days of arrival and we cannot fill the room we will charge 50% of the total cost of your stay.
– Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will be charged in full.
